- Identity Data: Full name, Aadhaar or PAN details (for inter-state transit permits).
- Contact Data: Mobile number, email address, and billing address.
- Logistics Data: Pick-up and drop-off locations, detailed inventory list of household or office goods.
- SPDI: Financial information (bank account details for refunds).
2. Data Usage for Logistics
Your data is strictly utilized for executing relocation services, including:
- Generating accurate price quotes and service agreements.
- Real-time shipment tracking and transit updates.
- Facilitating packaging, loading, and unloading operations at your designated sites.
- Processing payments and statutory tax compliance (GST).

To ensure a seamless moving experience, we share necessary data with authorized third-party partners:

Operational data shared with regional freight carriers and warehouse operators for multi-modal transit.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard "Reasonable Security Practices" as mandated by the IT Act. This includes 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, firewalled server infrastructure, and restricted access controls for our employees. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers located within the territory of India.

Payment Data
When you make an online payment via our portal, the following data is shared with Paytm Payments Gateway solely to process your transaction: your name, mobile number, payment purpose, and a system-generated Order ID.
Continental Packers & Movers does not store, log, or access your card number, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or any other payment instrument details. All such data is handled exclusively by Paytm within their PCI-DSS certified environment.
Transaction IDs and Order IDs are retained by us for 3 years for dispute resolution and audit purposes, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
